A 12-month, MIT-designed certificate program for manufacturing technicians with 3+ years of experience.
TechAMP is a 12-month, MIT-designed certificate program that helps experienced manufacturing technicians build the technical, problem-solving and leadership skills needed to take the next step in their careers.
Delivered by CCAT in collaboration with the MIT LEAP Group, the program combines flexible online learning, interactive instruction, hands-on technical training and a workplace-based capstone project.

Today’s manufacturing leaders need more than technical expertise. They must understand how systems work together, guide teams through change and turn new technologies into measurable results.
TechAMP helps experienced technicians connect their shop-floor knowledge with engineering-level thinking, leadership skills and advanced manufacturing capabilities. Participants apply what they learn directly within their own companies throughout the program.
The program is designed to create a structured pathway from skilled technician to confident technical leader.
