Description
Quinnipiac University (QU) and the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) have partnered to develop this Change Management for Model-Based Definition (MBD) course for senior leaders and managers. The program provides a structured approach for small and mid-sized manufacturers transitioning to MBD—addressing the challenges of adopting new tools and processes while ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
Through experiential, application-based learning, participants will build practical leadership skills and valuable peer connections, fostering a stronger regional manufacturing network.

Prerequisites
Participants should complete Digital Thread Awareness Training prior to this course.
