Introduction to The Equator Flexible Gauging System
November 3, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Are you using calipers, test indicators, and optical comparators on your shop floor? Do you use them to inspect in-process parts and calculate tool offsets? Do you find that you need to train operators on how to do this part of their job? We may have a better way!
Introducing the Equator flexible gauging system. Join us for this introductory webinar which will highlight Equator technology and how the Equator is being used in the manufacturing world. We will explain what the Equator system is, and explore various options like automation, direct tool offset updating using IPC software, and explain how the Equator is being used in various industries. Discover how the Equator shop hardened gauging system utilizes comparative technology to combat the ever changing environments that a shop would encounter. Learn about this flexible gauging alternative to dedicated hard gauges with the advantage of data collection for use with Industry 4.0 shop initiatives.
Learning Objectives:
What is the Equator gauge?
Why choose the Equator?
Business benefits of using the Equator?
Target Audience: Process engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and operations managers
Presenter: Michael Lebel, Applications Engineer, Renishaw
