The second of a four-part series designed to showcase Renishaw’s manufacturing philosophy known as The Productive Process Pyramid™.  The Process setting layer is focused on providing a confident starting point for the manufacturing process. This includes ensuring the machine is set properly, parts and fixtures within the machine are located correctly, and tool sizes are identified accurately.

  • Automating workpiece and fixture setting and elimination of human error.
  • Automating tool setting to reduce set-up time and define true cutting size
