Improve your Bottom Line Using the Manufacturing Digital Twin
May 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Join CCAT and Spatial Integrated Systems, Inc. (SIS) to learn how The Digital Twin can help you identify and improve your manufacturing process before you place a tool on the plant floor. Use Discrete Simulation and Monte Carlo Simulation tools to model your manufacturing digital twin. Use the digital twin to validate processes, meet production targets and start of production dates, while lowering cost and increased quality.
– Achieve throughput requirements
– Optimized resources (labor, AGV’s)
-Achieving start of production date
-Quality of the parts you build
-Mechatronic integration works
-Avoid recalls and improve customer satisfaction
Once the Digital Twin has been created, you can virtually commission your controls logic, and assure successful launches by avoiding control logic error discovered at launch.
Target Audience: Manufacturing and industrial engineering teams, and controls engineers.
Funding is available for eligible CT Manufacturers through our IoT Integration Voucher Program. This grant is funded by the CT Department of Economic and Community Development and administered by CCAT. The IoT Integration Voucher Program can provide up to $20,000 to assist you with the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions.
This session will be recorded and available on-demand following the workshop.
