Hydrogen Refueling Infrastructure Development (H2Fuels) Program
EVConnecticut’s Hydrogen Refueling Infrastructure Development (H2Fuels) Program is being administered jointly by the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CTDEEP) and the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. (CCAT) to support the development of an economically viable hydrogen fueling station to facilitate the market penetration of fuel-cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) throughout Connecticut.
Who is eligible?
The H2Fuels Program intends to leverage limited government funding to support the development of a hydrogen fueling station in the Greater New Haven area, within 5 miles of the I-95/I-91 interchange, that has easy access to the highway.
What does it offer?
The program will award up to $840,000 to develop a retail hydrogen fueling station in the greater New Haven area.
