Advanced Manufacturing Employer Partnership (AMEP) is an employer-led Workforce Solutions Collaborative Metro Hartford collaboration focused on workforce needs of advanced manufacturing and technology companies in local labor market areas. We focus on recruiting entry-level workers and training incumbent workers and supporting job quality initiatives that lead to family-sustaining wages, reduced employer costs, and employee retention.

Our vision is every manufacturing position is filled with a qualified employee. AMEP provides leadership to drive effective workforce solutions by maximizing all available resources.

Connecticut Manufacturing Workforce Development Initiative (CMWDI) – Federal funding for apprentice programs to upskill your workforce on industry 4.0 skills, including automation and robotics, additive manufacturing and data analytics.

REV-UP! Manufacturing
