The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology participated as part of the CT Department of Economic and Community Development’s exhibit at the Connecticut Business Summit on June 8. CCAT’s Connecticut Dream It. Do It. also led a hands-on workshop, the Ice Cream Stick Factory, where 45 children from East Granby Middle School learned about lean manufacturing. CCAT’s President and CEO Elliot Ginsberg also spoke during a panel discussion about career opportunities available today in advanced manufacturing.
