CCAT Announces 13th Annual Quality Training Certificate Program
Workshops to help organizations attain world-class quality
EAST HARTFORD, Conn. – The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology Inc. (CCAT) announces the 13th annual Connecticut Quality Council “Quality Management Certificate Program” (QMCP), a comprehensive 5-module, graduate-level program focused on the culture, methods and tools for world-class quality.
Beginning Thursday, November 29, the 5-module program offers nine full-day sessions conveniently spread out over a three-month period ending February 22, 2013. From statistical quality methods to communication empowerment, the curriculum offers an engaging, interactive learning environment designed for anyone in a leadership role. Modules include: Principles of Quality Management and Leadership; Statistical Quality Methods; Integration of Lean Management and Quality Systems; Continuous Improvement Techniques; and Improvement of Team Leadership.
Led by a team of expert instructors with extensive teaching and quality management experience, the QMCP is applicable to varied business sectors including service, healthcare, manufacturing and government organizations as well as to self-employed individuals. It addresses the specifics of listening to the voice of the customer (VOC) and learning solid skills to improve quality management practices.
All module sessions are held at CCAT, 222 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, Conn. from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The 5-module, 9-day program cost for individual attendees is $2,995 for Connecticut Quality Council members; $3,295 for nonmembers.
