CCAT's day-to-day activities are managed by its different initiatives and their directors. Click on the links below to learn more about each initiative.

• Education -- CCAT's Education Initiative spearheads most of the organization's workforce development projects. These projects encompass a range of special programs and services aimed at improving K-12 and higher education, particularly in the areas of math, science, engineering and manufacturing 
• Energy -- CCAT's Energy Initiative spearheads most of the organization's efforts aimed at improving and streamlining alternative energy programs, and promoting efficiencies in power consumption 
• Incubator -- CCAT's Incubator Program focuses on promoting the growth and success of technology companies based within business incubators. In addition to running its own incubator, CCAT also administers a state-funded grant program for incubator companies. 
• MSCI -- CCAT's Manufacturing and Supply Chain initiative comprises a broad range of services aimed at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the state's manufacturing companies, particularly those within the aerospace and defense industries. 
• NCAL -- CCAT's National Center for Aerospace Leadership leads a multi-state consortium with the main goal of addressing critical needs of the aerospace and defense manufacturing supply chain.
