CCAT held its fourth annual Symposium for Lasers and Aerospace Applications (SALA 2009). CCAT's recently developed monitoring technology, that can be used to detect the break-through of laser-drilled holes in turbine engine components, will begin selling licensing rights. At this symposium, you learned more about the most recentlatest improvement in the use of laser technology in aerospace manufacturing. A presentation outlining the keys of the technology was given. The two-day symposium helped small and medium-sized aerospace companies keep up-to-date with laser technology. Click here to view the agenda.
