In this full day workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about how to create visual within the organization that will allow all employees to make real time decisions. The very experienced presenters will walk you through the approach they used at various companies over the years and how visuals are being used at each of their sites. They will discuss the fundamentals of why to use visuals and how to implement them in a practical way. You will also see many of examples of visuals via the presentations and on the tour of HID Global. This event will certainly be a great learning experience.
