About a year ago, Capital Workforce Partners (CWP) and the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) invited you to attend East of the River Manufacturers Roundtable(s). The purpose of the roundtables was for us to solicit and engage in dialogue, identifying the specific challenges you have meeting your current and future workforce needs. From this dialogue we have developed specific initiatives, programs and services targeted towards alleviating some of those identified challenges.
We are inviting you to attend a roundtable meeting and discussion to provide you with an update on programs and services available to you, as well as other programs underway. We would also like to encourage dialogue to surface any new needs and/or suggestions. A flyer is attached and we encourage you to attend:
