OVERVIEW

The goals of CCAT’s Education & Workforce Development Initiative are to advance STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) literacy, stimulate interest in STEM fields, including manufacturing, and train the current and future workforce to be more globally competitive.

To accomplish these, CCAT develops and implements engaging, contextual, award-winning K-12 STEM programming that supports 21st century skills development, equips educators with the tools needed to increase student participation and achievement, and promotes training of the emergent, highly-skilled workforce.

CCAT partners with and serves K-12 schools, other non-profit organizations, higher education institutions, government, business, and industry to grow and develop the STEM talent pipeline.
