The goals of CCAT’s Education & Training Initiative are to advance scientific and technological literacy, stimulate interest in engineering and manufacturing, and train the future workforce to be more competitive on a global scale. To accomplish these, CCAT's education and training efforts focus on interdisciplinary programming that excites students, fosters a multicultural appreciation, and enhances hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, math and manufacturing (STEMM). In addition, CCAT's Education & Training Initiative partners with school districts, local and national policymakers, science education organizations, higher education, and industry to strengthen STEMM curriculum and workforce development.
